This Weekend's Harvest

We had a lot more grapes to harvest this weekend.

There is more to be picked but I kind of got bored so I stopped at five bowls full.

I got the farm sink because Martha has one but WOW this thing comes in handy!

I strained it through cheese cloth but it was still a little pulpy.  Next time I will fold it a few times.  I really don't like think pulpy juice.

We had so much, we made popsicles.

The kids were confused because they were not bright purple so we had to explain that real food doesn't have artificial colors or flavors.  They were amazed at the taste which I was glad for.

Katy Perry Party

Bella, Ghita and I headed out for a Katy Perry themed pool party.  Check out the cool party favors we brought home!

Disney again

We had such a great time last weekend we decided to to it again with Dad.

I think this was Ghita's first trip on the teacups.  Who knows she's been there 5 times already and she is only 7 months.  Looks like we waited until Luciano was 9 months before his trip on the tea cups.  Here is the flash back.

Slip and Slide Issue

After 10 minutes of watching them go back and forth I went over and picked it up.  Why are these kids so afraid of worms.

Garden Update

We finally got all the boxes and furniture out of the backyard so we could eat outside again.

Bella and Luciano pretending to fight, not sure why.

Looks like we will have grape juice by the weekend.

Beans just starting to pop up.

These will be a surprise that grew from the compost.  My guess is lettuce and some sort of gourd or squash.

CORN!  And not GMO!  And I am so excited that my yard is filled with chicken poop, rabbit poop and compost.  Just look at that gorgeous soil!
