Watering

We are in a drought and are allowed to water for 15 minutes, 2 times a week.  I thought Bella should have the honors.  And here is Daddy losing the battle against the St. Augustine grass.

The Big Day

Wow, what a day.  We didn't think we would make it through it.  Bella had her big performance tonight that she practiced all year for.  She woke up excited then the realization that her costume was NOT pink and that you can't wear jewelry on stage set in.  After we managed to get her in the costume, we went to the dress rehearsal.  The music was too loud and she was scared, the tears started, she ran off stage and insisted that she would only be in the audience.  She said she wouldn't go on stage ever again. 

We went to McDonald's to get a snack.  Grammy put lipstick on her.  We brought her back to the theatre and wondered if she would come out when her song, "Walk the Dinosaur" played.  She did with a huge smile and she looked like she was having fun.  She's the third one from the left.
