Coop Extension

Thanks Dad for spending all day making the extension for the girls (and a guy). Now they have more safe space to walk around during the day.

Giving back to the grid

The solar panels and meter are installed. In 2 days we generated enough power for our daily usage plus 5 kilowatts back to the grid. Wish we had done this ages ago, or at least I wish the incentives were available ages ago.

Homeade Ketchup

Bella wanted to make ketchup with all the tomatoes we picked this morning. We found many recipes online but we only had about half of the ingredients. It is a good thing she cant read because she had no idea we made hot gazpacho instead. Yum!
